Group XVI investors are currently awaiting approval of their I-829 petitions. It's amazing to see a second Great Wolf Lodge that was funded in part through a CMB EB-5 Partnership nearing completion. We have been pleased with the collaborative efforts in bringing these projects to fruition and look forward to our future relationship with Great Wolf Resorts Inc. If you're interested in learning more about the development, be sure to read the article and watch the accompanying video featuring Great Wolf Resorts Inc. team members explaining facets of the project. The CMB Group 52 Partnership provided $16.5 million in EB-5 loan funds for the development and construction of the Hillwood Chino Hills project. The Chino Hills project is an infill, mixed-use residential development in Chino Hills, California. The project consists of conventional detached homes, attached townhomes, and 68 small lot detached homes. The project also includes a commercial component that will have retail and restaurant space. Each of the immigration attorneys who filed a Group 52 petition will be receiving the notice of approval. This notice should be interfiled with any CMB Group 52 I-526 petitions for EB-5 participants to ensure each USCIS adjudicator is aware of the approval of the project into which Group 52 funds were loaned. As always, if there is anything we can do to assist you, please don't hesitate to contact any of us. Kind Regards, Pat Hogan CEO CMB Regional Centers |
